Expediente Nº 53 /12 Cult. Argentino vs. Racing Club 1ra: Visto y considerando el informe del árbitro y la no presentación de descargo alguno, se resuelve de forma unánime:
1ro. Suspender al Sr. SANCHEZ, Sebastián Preparador Físico del Club Cult. Argentino 10 (DIEZ) partidos según el Artículo 184° del Reglamento de Transgresiones y Penas.-
Expediente Nº 55/12 Huracán (G.) vs. At. Macachín 1ra: Visto y considerando el informe del árbitro y el descargo presentado por el club, se resuelve de forma unánime:
1ro. Aplicar al club Huracan (Guatrache) una multa del V.E. 50 (cincuenta) durante 2 (DOS) fechas en las cuales actúe el club como local por un total de PESOS TRES MIL ($3000), según lo establece el Artículo 80º Inc. A y B del Reglamento de Transgresiones y Penas; pagadera en tiempo y forma conforme lo establece el Artículo 149º del Reglamento de Transgresiones y Penas.-
Expediente Nº 4 7 /12 At. Macachín vs. At. Santa Rosa Cat. 96`: Visto y considerando el informe del árbitro y el descargo presentado por el jugador, se resuelve de forma unánime:
1ro. Suspender al jugador Sr. FORMIGLIA, Gastón del club At. Santa Rosa por 5 (CINCO) partidos según el Artículo 184° del Reglamento de Transgresiones y Penas.-
VISTO: La Nota del Club Ferro de Alvear donde solicitan al Ente Provincial del Futbol se les comunique que resolución tomó este Ente respecto al partido de la Cat. 1994 entre los Clubes All Boys vs. U. G. Campos suspendido por mal estado del campo de juego el día Domingo 07/10,
SE RESUELVE:
1ro. Emplazar al Ente Provincial del Futbol y a los clubes All Boys y U. G. Campos, para que en un plazo de 24hs, comuniquen la razones por las cuales no reprogramaron el partido suspendido según lo establecido en el Capítulo IX – Art. 48º del Reglamento del Presente Torneo Provincial.-
